「笑顔で繋ぐ、えさかの想い ～スタッフ撮影会レポート～」

　先日、スタッフ一同が集まり、撮影会を行いました。

カタログやホームページ、自己紹介に使用する新しい写真を撮影するためです。普段は現場や接客に忙しいスタッフたちですが、この日ばかりは少し緊張した面持ちで撮影に臨みました。

 

 

●日常を切り取る、自然な一瞬

カメラマンさんの巧みな話術と和やかな雰囲気作りのおかげで、スタッフたちの緊張もすぐにほぐれていきました。

　撮影が進むにつれ、自然な笑顔があふれ、えさかならではの温かみのある写真が次々と生まれていきました。

 

 

●現場の臨場感を伝える

トイレやキッチン、浴室などの設備に触れ、機能を確認する様子を撮影しました。

　プロ目線で細部まで確認する姿勢は、お客様への安心感にもつながります。また、接客シーンの再現では、スタッフの親身な対応が自然な形で表現されました。

●チームワークの魅力

スタッフ間で談笑するシーンでは、和気あいあいとした職場の雰囲気が伝わってきます。日々の業務で培われた信頼関係が、自然な笑顔と会話を生み出しています。
 

 

●仕事への真剣さも

　現場に向かう前の打ち合わせや資材搬入状況も撮影しました。

真剣な表情で確認事項を共有する姿は、プロフェッショナルとしての責任感を表しています。

　今回の撮影会を通じて、 お客様にえさかの「顔」を知っていただくとともに、私たちの仕事への姿勢や想いを伝えることができたらと思います。

 

　リフォームや増改築は、お客様の大切な住まいに関わる仕事です。

技術や知識はもちろんのこと、人としての温かみや信頼感も重要です。

"Connecting with Smiles: Thoughts from Esaka ~ Staff Photoshoot Report ~"

Recently, all of our staff gathered for a photoshoot.

The purpose was to capture new photos for use in our catalogs, website, and personal introductions. Although our staff is usually busy with on-site work and customer service, on this day, they faced the camera with a bit of nervousness.

● Capturing Natural Moments

Thanks to the photographer's skillful conversation and ability to create a relaxed atmosphere, the staff quickly overcame their nervousness.

As the shoot progressed, natural smiles emerged, resulting in a series of warm and welcoming photos that are uniquely Esaka.

● Conveying the Atmosphere of the Worksite

We took photos of the staff interacting with equipment in bathrooms, kitchens, and other facilities, checking their functions.

This professional attention to detail instills confidence in our customers. In re-enacting customer service scenes, the staff's sincere and attentive approach was naturally captured.

● The Charm of Teamwork

In scenes where staff members were chatting with each other, the friendly workplace atmosphere was evident. The trust built through daily work led to natural smiles and conversations.

● Seriousness Towards Work

We also photographed the team during pre-site meetings and material loading situations.

The focused expressions during these moments reflect the responsibility they carry as professionals.
